Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds

Отличное качество, пластик не пахнет. Вода меняет ОВП с +200 на -380 (до -420). Рекомендую! ОВП это один из показателей "живой" воды. Есть ещё 2: это химический состав (TDS) и уровень кислотности (PH). Если добиться всех трёх показателей, то можно избавиться даже от рака.

Бутылка пришла в Киев за 20 дней. Забирал на новой почте. Упаковано отлично, ничего не помято. закручивается герметично, не протекает. Использовал фильтрованую воду, вкус не изменился, слегка изменилась кислотность с 6,4 на 7,4, ОВП было +221 стало -395. Бутылка выглядит очень стильно. Покупкой доволен.

Arrived in great condition. No damage. Everything is working. Nice bubbles while running the unit. Drank for a few days, feel pretty normal. Don't have any long term result yet. But, I am hopeful.

Все норм, сегодня потестил, на полный объем ОВП - 195, на треть меньше воды -225, PH при первом измерении 8,4. PH при третьем измерении был 6,8 что является белебердой. Померю завтра
